The Triad Board of Directors has appointed Nader Tayser as the company’s CEO.
The decision marks a significant stage in the company’s development, enabling it to more effectively meet the challenges posed by the evolving market and strengthening the soundness of governance and quality of management action.
Tayser has extensive experience in large industrial groups, in which he has led complex teams and projects, as well as specific expertise in impact and sustainability consulting.
At the same time, the outgoing CEO, Irene Bengo, has been appointed president of Triads.
Outgoing President, Mario Calderini, says, “The decision to leave the presidency, while continuing to serve on the Board of Directors and as a founding partner, stems from the need to further strengthen our governance in a phase of important growth for Triads. I believe it is appropriate to distinguish more clearly between the functions of representing and guiding the governing body, now entrusted to the new Chair, and those of long-term strategic direction, to which I will be able to devote myself with greater determination. Within this framework, the appointment of Nader Tayser as CEO introduces new energy and skills that fully complement the path built over the years. His experience reinforces Triadi’s ability to address market transformations with vision and effectiveness.
Irene Bengo’s transition to the presidency ensures strategic continuity and long-term oversight of the company’s activities, with the aim of enhancing the synergies between Triadi, Tiresia and the Milan Polytechnic ecosystem.”
Consistent with the goals of strengthening governance, the company informs that the Shareholders’ Meeting has appointed, by virtue of her decisive role in the Triad ecosystem, member Giulietta Paraboni as a new Board Member.
With this setup, the company inaugurates a new phase in its journey, equipping itself with renewed leadership and complementary skills that will accompany its evolution in the coming years.
