Who we are
Triadi is an ecosystem of people who work in the impact sector.
We combine in a single project experiences and methods drawn from academic research, strategic advice, territorial development projects, legal consulting, impact communication.
Triadi is a spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano and works in close synergy with the team of researchers of Tiresia Center – International Center of Research for Impact Finance and Innovation.
Mario Calderini
Full Professor at Politecnico di Milano, where he teaches Management for Sustainability and Impact, he is Director of Tiresia, the Politecnico di Milano School of Management’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation. He has been cabinet advisor to the Minister of Innovation and member of the ministerial Sustainable Finance for Infrastructure Advisory Board and served as advisor to several Ministers of University Research and Innovation, Government’s Sherpa for the G7 Italian Presidency 2017, member of the G8 Task Force for Social Impact Investment and chair of the Italian Advisory Board on Social Impact Finance. He is the President of the Scientific Committee of the Social Impact Agenda for Italy Association and sits in the Italian Government’s Advisory Group on Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Measurement. He is the President of the Advisory Board for Research and Innovation Strategy of the Lombardy Region Government and sits in the Advisory Board of Unicredit Group, in the Sustainability Advisory Board of Bolton Group and Edison, and in the Directors Board of Fondazione De Agostini.
He is the Chairman of Triadi.
Irene Bengo
PhD in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, she is associate professor at the Management Engineering department where she teaches Sustainable and Social Innovation Lab. She is scientific coordinator of Tiresia, the Politecnico di Milano School of Management’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation. She served as consultant on gender integration process assessment systems for the Ministry of Labor, member of the ” Social Impact Investment Task Force” established by the G8 and National Consultant of UNIDO on social business and performance measurement systems.
She is the CEO of Triadi.
Veronica Chiodo
PhD in Management Engineering and Junior Assistant Professor at the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano, she is part of the team of Tiresia, the Politecnico di Milano School of Management’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation. She took part in the work of G8 Taskforce on Social Impact Investment (SIIT). In 2017, she has been visiting PhD student at Centre for Social Investment of the University of Heidelberg and Centre for Enterprise and Economic Development Research, Middlesex University.
Leonardo Boni
Graduated at Bocconi University in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology with a major in Green Management and Sustainability he has a PhD in General Management at the University of Bologna with a dissertation on hybrid organizations. He is Research Fellow at Politecnico di Milano and he is part of Tiresia, the Politecnico di Milano School of Management’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation, supervising the impact finance team. He worked as analyst at Climate Policy Initiative.
Roberto Randazzo
Head of “ESG and Impact” sector at Legance, he is advisor to OECD, member of the Business Human Rights Committee of the International Bar Association, member of the scientific committees of Ashoka Italia, the CSR and Social Impact Agenda for Italy. He co-founded Esela – The legal network for social impact, acting as President since 2019. He is member of the extended Faculty of Politecnico di Milano School of Management.
Elisa Rosso
Director of the Innovation and Internationalization Dpt. of the University of Turin, she is and expert in innovation and social finance, public policies in the socio-economic field, urban development and strategic planning. She is member of the Advisory Board of Social Value Italia.
Giovanni Lombardo
PhD in applied economics and quantitative methodologies, he is an adjunct university professor of Methodologies and techniques of data analysis. He is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor.
Giulietta Paraboni
Coordinator of the administration and execution at Tiresia, the Politecnico di Milano School of Management’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation.
Raffaella Scalisi
PhD in Communication Sciences, with a twenty-year career as a public sector manager, she is an expert in territorial marketing and international relations and advisor to Torino Social Impact.
Danny Casprini
Research fellow at School of Management at Politecnico di Milano with an expertise on social impact evaluation in not-for-profit projects and urban regeneration interventions, he is part of the team of Tiresia, the Politecnico di Milano School of Management’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation.
Gabriele Guzzetti
Research fellow at the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano, with an expertise on social impact measurement and management in not-for profit projects and on ESG and Impact Finance, he is part of the team of the team of Tiresia, the Politecnico di Milano School of Management’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation.
